Steps

Sock the Sabudana for 3-4 hours. Then heat a pan and add oil, green chilli, cumin, soaked Sabudana and salt to taste and mix it well and switch off the flame.

Now transfer this Sabudana to greased bowl and cook it on medium flame by double boiler method. Add little by little water and mix well after every 5mins and cook it for a total of 15 mins or Sabudana becomes soft.

Now transfer hot Sabudana to mixing bowl and add red chilli powder, sugar, lemon juice, green coriander, farali chivda and mix it very well. Now delicious Sabudana khichdi is ready to serve. Can serve with potato wafers or curd.
