  2. 1 packetProsciutto ham
  3. Egg to glaze

Steps

  1. 1

    Roll out the pastry. Add prosciutto on top

    Slice into rectangles. Twist each piece and shape like a cane. Brush with a beaten egg and bake at 200 for 10-12 mins. Leave to cool on a wire rack
