Heat oil in pan. Add 1 tb. Spoon. oil in this, now add Cumin Seed and hing.

Add besan into it and cook it on low flame.

Once besan cooked, add amchur powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder and salt. Cool this mixture.

Wash and cut mirchi. Fill the besan stuffing in Mirchis.

Heat a little oil in a wide pan and add the stuffed chilies. cover the pan with a lid. Cook it on low heat till Bharwa Besan Mirchbecome soft.

Serve Rajasthani Bharwa Besan Mirchi hot.
