Steps

Boil cauliflower with little salt. it should be 3/4 boiled.

Make paste with onion with green chillies.

Wash & cut tomato grind with ginger.

Take a pan add heeng jeera & saute chopped garlic.

Roast onion golden brown in simmer flame.

Add red chilli powder add 2 tbsp water add turmeric &coriander powder cook until oil leaves corner.

Add tomato puri cook simmer flame for 2mnts add curd & garam masala cook 1 min.

Add salt & 1/2cup of water give 1 boil.

Keep out 2 tbsp masala add cauliflower pour masala on it

Cook for 5 mins in slow flame

Garnish with coriander leaves.
