Steps

Take 1 Cup socked whole green mung(socked for 4 hours). Then add palak, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, salt to taste,1/2 cup(as required) water and grind it into smooth paste in the mixture. Keep consistency as chutney or as shown in the picture.

Now transfer it into the bowl and add chopped onion. You can add more veggies too. Spread the batter on hot tawa add some oil and cover it and cook on medium flame.

Now flip the chila and cook other side. Then take out in plat and sprinkle some chat masala and add grated paneer. Now roll the chill and serve it hot with ketchup,salad.
