Steps

Knead maida into a fine dough adding salt and water. Rest it for a while.

Roll it into a circle. Then fold the circle into fine pleat. Roll them into balls again.

Roll them now into circle. Chop chillies and put them on the paratha.

Brush ghee on pan. Fry paratha on it.
- 5
Fry them till both sides becomes brown.
- 6
Serve with mix veg.
