Heat ghee in a wok, add roasted moong dal flour, and semolina, roast it for 5 to 7 minutes till light golden colour, now add 2 cups warm milk and 2 cups warm water, mix well.

Add some ghee if needed and stirr regular.when it will thick and leave the corner of wok, add sugar and khoya, mix well.

Add chopped dry fruits.

Switched off the flame, serve it.
