Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add all the spices and mix well.

Add oil in a pan and add all the vegetables in the pan. Fry the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add eggs to the pan and let it cook from one side on low flame.

Now slowly flip the egg and cook let it cook for 2 minutes.

Add cheese slice, cover the pan and cook until cheese melts.
