Bottle Gourd & Egg Bhaji

Wash & peel the bottle gourd well

Cut the bottle gourd as shown in the picture below. Then heat oil in a pan, add cumin, green chillies, chopped onion, as onions turn translucent add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, black pepper powder,1/4 cup water & stir

Then add bottle gourd, salt & cover & cook in low flame. When it is boiled & water is reduced, add sugar. Now add egg to it, stir well & cover. When the egg is cooked add chopped coriander, stir & remove the pan from heat sauce. And your Bottle gourd & egg bhaji is ready to serve!
