Ingredients

30 minutes
4 persons
  1. 400 gmsCottage Cheese (Paneer)
  2. 2Onions
  3. 3Tomatoes
  4. 10-12Garlic Cloves
  5. 1/4 TablespoonRed Chilli Powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonKashmiri Chilli
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 teaspoonKasoori Methi(Dry Fenugreek Leaves)
  10. 2Green cardamom
  11. 3Clove
  12. 1 teaspoonCuddapah Almond (Chironji)
  13. 2 1/2 tablespoonOil
  14. 2 teaspoonsCream (Homemade Malai)
  15. 2teaspoonCurd

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Put 1 1/2 cup of water in a vessel and heat it, when the water becomes warm, then add chopped pieces of cheese in it, and close the gas.

    To make gravy

    Grind onion, tomatoes, garlic, black pepper and red chili powder in a mixer.

    Add 1 1/2 tbsp of oil in a pan and heat it and add a masala and fry it well.

    When the masala stops sticking to the pan, turn off the gas.

    When masala cools down, Grind it again also add the cardamom, cloves and 1/2 cup cottage cheese's water and grind it.

  6. 6

    Add the rest of the oil to the same pan and heat it, add chopped onion, Chironji (Cuddapah almond)and fry it.

    Now, add a spoon of Kashmiri Powder to water and fry it in a pan.

    Now add masala and fry it.

    Now mix the cream and curd,

    Kasoori methi and Pour the remaining water of the cottage cheese

    Allow it to boil so fasten the flame.
    Slow down the heat and put the paneer in it

    And keep it covered for 5 minutes.

    Then turn off the gas.
    Serve the cottage cheese with roti or naan.
