Heat ghee in a pan, roast wheat flour on low flame till light brown, add chopped dry fruits, u can add gond or poppy seeds also.

Now add khoya mix well.

Switched off flame, add sugar and after 4-5 minute when it cool, make shape of pinni.

Serve with tea.
