  1. 4 brown bread slices
  2. 1egg
  3. 1 tbspmayonnaise
  4. 1/2 tspmustard sauce
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. to tasteBlack Pepper powder

  1. 1

    Boil egg and peel of the shell... break the egg in a bowl with a fork. Then add mustard sauce, mayo, sprinkle some salt and pepper. And mix well

    Then take the brown bread slices and cut circles from them with the help of a glass or cookie cutter.

  3. 3

    Add a spoonful egg mix to two of the bread slices and spread. Cover it with the other slices and serve with ketchup.
