Boil and mashed potatoes..add salt..garammasala...red chilli powder..chat masala. chopped green chilli ..freshly chopped coriander leaves..ajwain..and coriander powder .Mix well stuffing is ready.

Pull small balls from dough and roll with the rolling pin (belan)..Put the potato stuffing in centre..gather all edges and seal... Now roll it again in round shape...Shallow fry it by applying homemade deshi ghee.
