Heathy Onion stuffed kulcha whole wheat garlic butter

First take 1/4 cup Lukewarm water add yeast and sugar.keep aside 2 minutes.meanwhile take both flour in a big bowl.add salt.Now take yeast water and add to the flour.add milk and make a soft dough.if needed add water as required.keep dough ina warm place for atleast 2 hours to prove.

Now chop the onion and add coriander leaves and salt.In a bowl take butter add 1tsp salt,red chilli powder,and garlic powder.beat well.

Now divide dough in 4 equal parts.Flat a little.stuff with chopped onion and make ball, roll it again.

Roll it ina semi thick chapati and grease it with garlic paste.

Cook in hot tandoor for 3 minutes or till cook properly.

Serve hot with dal.Ready to serve.
