Moong Dal Paratha

Wash and soak moongdal for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile make dough of wheat flour with the ingredients mentioned above.Leave for 10 minutes.

Cook moongdal with 1/2 cup of water for 10 minutes.Mash the dal properly.Add green chillies,amchur powder,red chilli powder,ginger,black pepper powder and salt.Mix all properly.Add 1 tbsp wheat flour to make the stuffing firm.

Now divide dough into 6 portions,and also divide the dough so.Take one part of dough,make a cup like structure,fill the stuffing and roll into a paratha.

Heat a tawa,cook paratha.Add 1 tbsp oil and fry paratha till golden on both sides.

Prepare all parathe in same way.Serve with raita/ chutney / achar of your choice.
