Perfect balance of sugar & water combines with soji gives an all time festive pleasure .Great treat for long winter nights.
Steps

Add ghee in pan.add green cardamom, fry for a minute or two. Add soji & fry till changes colour.

On medium heat, fry soji till it's colour changes into light brown.

Take water in pot.boil.add sugar in it.let the sugar dissolve completely.let it simmer till one tar sheera is made.

Add this sheera in fried soji pan over medium flame & stir continuly.it vl take 3-5 min till the halwa thickens. Add cardamom powder as well.

Grease a tray or plate, pour halwa on it.make it spread evenly.sprinkle chop nuts & chandi ky warq.let it cool at room temperature. When it sets, cut in squares with the help of sharp knife.aftr some time satora is set in pieces.take out individual pieces one by one.can be store in airtight jar for quite some time. Enjoy daily with Cookpad.
