Sukiyaki Sauce Fried Rice

Chop and wash the vegetables thoroughly.

Heat a little oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Wash and cut the chicken, then add it to the pan. Stir-fry until the chicken is almost cooked, then add the vegetables and continue stir-frying.

Crack the egg into the pan. Let it cook for a moment, then scramble and mix it with the other ingredients.

Add the rice and mix well. Season with sukiyaki sauce and soy sauce.

Stir everything together, taste and adjust the seasoning as you like, then serve.
