Steps

First soaked rice and Dal's.

Then take a cooker add 1/2 cup water and add soaked rice and Dal's.Take 2 whistle. Then take a mixer jar add cardamon and mixture make a fine(dardara) paste.

Then take a pan boil the milk when milk is boil slow the flame..And stur it continues.

After 15 min add khoya Cook on medium to slow flame.

After 15 min add sugar cook on medium to slow flame.

Then add saffron milk or yellow colour stur it cook 15 min on slow flame.

It take approximately 45 min to complete this dish...Make perfect consistency...

Serve cool and garnish with almonds.Bihar famous traditional dish is ready
