5Red bell peppers
1bulb Onions
1 tbspnMixed spice

Wash the fish very well

Blend the pepper onions and Garlic
3

Add bullion cubes blended pepper mix and mixed spice

Allow to boil for about 20minutes

Serve with rice or take alone
