  • 1 boxfrozen sweet plantain
  • 1 stickCinnamon
  • 3 tbspSugar
  • 2 tbspregular Butter or ghee

    In a small skillet, place butter, sugar and cinnamon on medium heat and wait for it to boil.

    Add sweet plantains to the skillet on medium heat until you see a honey consistency. ENJOY
