Take a mixing bowl,add little warer and mix it.Add more water if needed.mix it and knead for a minute.knead it with your palm.knead it for a minute.Dough is ready.

Make equal size balls from the dough.Turn on the flame and heat a tawa on low flame.Grease your palm with water and roll the ball.Gently press it with your palm to give roti round shape.Put ghee on the tawa.keep greasig your palm while making the roti to keep it smooth and crack free.

Put it on hot tawa.cook it on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes.flip it Apply ghee. Cook the roti till it turns golden,keep flipping in between.Makki ki roti is ready to serve with Sarson ka saag.
