Ingredients

  1. 200 gflour
  2. 1/2 cupbutter
  3. 100 gbrown sugar
  4. 1egg
  5. 1tspn baking powder
  6. 1tspn baking soda
  7. 1tspn butterscotch flavour
  8. 1/2tspn salt
  9. Chocolate chips (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine sugar and butter in a bowl, beat on medium speed until fluffy.

  2. 2

    Add egg and butterscotch flavour, continue beaten.

  3. 3

    Add flour,baking powder, baking soda, and salt

  4. 4

    Shape dough in 1 "balls set 2"apart on sheet.

  5. 5

    Bake in moderately hot oven till firm.
