Ingredients

  • 1 cupchopped carrot
  • 1 cupcabbage
  • 1 cupcapsicum
  • 2Amala
  • 1 cupspinach
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 tbspgrated kachche haldi
  • 2 tbspflex seeds powder
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 1 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 3 cupwater
  • 1 tbspbutter or olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    All ingredients.

    Take a pressure cooker add all ingredients with 3cup water.Cover it &cooked.whenever 1 whistle comes simmer the flame & cooked another 2 mints.Off the gas.

    Open the lid mash the veggies& strain it.Add 1 tbsp olive oil.

    Serve it hot hot.During this season this is a perfect soup for everyone.
