Mix all dry ingredients well.

Then add egg and ghee, bind dough using dahi mixed with little water.

Cover the dough with a wet napkin for half an hour.

Fold like a paper fan, swirl it round just like paratha balls.

Make balls size of roti balls, roll then apply ghee.

When all done keep wok on flame filled with oil.

Roll each folded ball into medium or small roti.

Deep fry in oil, splatter oil on puri to puff it up.

Let it change golden brown colour turn it over and remove on strainer.

It will flake out as you splatter oil.
