Ingredients

  • 1 cupbesan(Gram flour)
  • 2 tspdesi ghee
  • To tastesugar
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 2 tspdry fruit powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add ghee and melt it.now add besan and roast it till golden brown colour.now add sugar and mix well. Now add milk and dry fruit powder and boil for five minutes at medium flame.pour in to bowl and serve hot.
