  • 1/4 cupSemolina
  • 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  • a pinchSalt
  • 1/8 tspBaking powder
  • as neededOil for deep fry

60 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan, add maida flour and semolina.

    Then add powdered sugar, salt and baking powder.

    Now add the butter and egg white.

    Next add water little and knead the flour like chapathi dough and leave it for 1/2 hour.

    Then make small balls and roll them on the back of the fork.

    Heat the oil in a pan and fry the rolls till they are golden brown.
