Goan Style Potato Sukhi Bhaji

Take a kadhai, heat oil well, then add mustard and cumin seeds,as it splutters add asafoetida, curry leaves, then ginger and garlic paste, green chilies.Stir nicely

Now add onion saute till translucent, then add tomatoes and Stir.

Add turmeric powder, sugar, grated coconut, salt and mix everything nicely.

Add little water and stir.

Now add boiled potatoes. Mix all well.Cover with a lid and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low heat.

In the end garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Important points:potato bhaji can be eaten with paratha,puri,chapati.
