In a pan add butter followed by the onions peppers garlic and the cooked chicken. Cook till everything softens

In another pan add butter and allow it to melt then put your tortilla, add mayo or sour cream or bbq sauce and spread it evenly

Add the grated cheese followed by the cooked chicken

Add another layer of cheese

Fold in to half moon shape and grill both sides

Cut in to two and serve warm when the cheese is still warms and stretchy and messy I mean messed foods are the tastiest right!

You can use any sauce if your choice like hot sauce or guacamole salsa or even cream cheese

You can use any protein of your choice like eggs, harm steak fish or anything

Add veggies like sweet corn mushroom bell peppers etc
