Place all ingredients except the onion and whole coriander seeds on the stove.

Fry the onion in olive oil and vegetable oil until it changes color, then add the whole coriander seeds. Fry well and pour over the lentils.

Let them cook until done, then blend with a blender. Adjust the salt, add the parsley, and serve with fried bread. Enjoy!
