Steps

Take Mutton (Shoulder, leg) and mark deep cuts on both side.
Take a bowl add Turmeric Powder, Cumin Seed Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Red chilli Flask,

Salt, Ginger garlic paste, Red chilli powder, Oil, Lemon Juice, Yogurt and mix well all the ingredients together. Mixture is ready.

Now pour mixture on mutton. Spread & cover on both side on mutton. Marinate for overnight or 3-4 hours at least.

Take a pot adds oil and place mutton in it and cover it to cook until soft. Cook from both side.

Mutton Roast is ready.Serve with salad, Naan or Rice.
