Sab se pehly dahi mein chicken aur cream ke ilawa tamam ajza shamil kar lain.

Ab isko graind kar ke paste bana lain.

Ab chicken ko pehly cream laga kar 10 minutes rakh dain.

Phir dahi wala paste bhi chicken mein shamil kar lain aur ache se mix kar lain.

Phir chicken ko 20 minutes ke liye rakh dain.

Ab chicken ko kisi gehre bartan mein daal kar 5 minutes teez anch per paka lain ke pani chor de.

Jab pani chor de to dam per galne taq paka lain.

Ache se gal Jae to utar lain. (Agar galne ke baad bhi pani bacha rahe to teez anch per paka lain ke pani khatam ho Jae.)

Mazedaar dum roast tayar hai. (chahain to isko sikhaoon per bhi bana sakte hain. Sikhaoon per banane ke liye Kam se Kam 4 se 6 ghante merination ke liye rakh dain)
