1/2 kgcauliflower cut into pieces
1 bowlbesan/gram flour
To tastesalt
1/2 tspred chilli powder
As neededmustard oil
as neededWater

Heat oil in kdai

Now take a bowl add besan and all spices. Add water to make batter.

Now deep cauliflower in batter and deep fry them.

Cook them till golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
