Soak chanadaal for 1 hour..

Now wash it well..

Pour clean water in bowl add daal with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder..

Boil it until half done.. switch off the flame and set a side..

Now in a wok heat oil(1/4cup)..

Add onion chopped..

When soft add tomato puree and g.g paste..

Bhounfy well with little water..(best to use daal water)

Now add salt, turmeric,red chilli and coriander powder along with daal masala..

Add some more daal masala.. bhounfy well..

When oil separate and boil daal..

Mix well and cook until completely cooked..

Now add chicken cube and green chillies..

Cover and cook for 5 min more.. remove from stove..

Now in a pan add red button chillies and ginger.. cook for 2 min..

Add this tarka over the daal...Garnish with coriander..

Serve with gajar achar and tandoor roti.. Enjoyyy
