Take a bowl soak 1 cup moong dal for 2 to 3 hours.

After that wash and drain the water and blend with ginger, green chillies and poha with adding little water and make a smooth batter.

Now add salt, turmeric powder and chopped coriander leaves, and mix well.

Heat a pan grease with little oil and pour 2 to 3 tbsp batter and spread, sprinkle chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves and few drop oil and cook.

Now flip and cook till both sides becomes crispy.

Serve hot with any chutney.
