Steps

Heat the ghee in a pan on low flame. Add finely chopped garlic and ginger. Sauté for a while.

Now add finely chopped vegetables. Sauté for a minutes. Then add 3 cups of water.

Add salt and black pepper. Stir well. Cover and simmer on low medium flame till the veggies almost done.

Don’t overcook the veggies. Some crunch in the veggies taste good.

Soup is ready to serve. You can plus minus the veggies as per your taste.
