Special Shami Kababs

In pressure cooker, add soaked Chanadaal, chicken and whole spices with salt, red chilli powder and ginger garlic. Cook untill Daal and chicken is done. Then minced it well. Discard the whole spices. Now add Chopped onions.

Chopped green chillies and eggs in the chicken mixture.

Mixed it very well till all things combined. Rest it for 15 minutes.

Then make kababs. Dip in beaten eggs and fry in medium heated oil till golden and crisp from both sides.

Decorate it with onion rings and green chillies, serve it with raita and tomato sauce. Ready to serve. Can store it by freezing it.
