Take a pan put butter milk salt chilli powder and leave for 25 min

After 25 minutes put the flour in a large bowl then add onion powder garlic powder salt paprika chilli flakes mix very well

Take a one piece of chicken and put the flour and coat very well

Nicely coated and dust the extra flour and leave 10 to 15 minutes

Heat the oil low to medium flame

Then one or two piece in pan and fry not over it

Fry 5 to 6 minutes one side until nice golden color

All piece are done and serve chill garlic sauce and fries
