Sarso Saag with Makki Roti

Take a sarso leaf, chenopodium and palak leaf clean, chop and wash water drain properly. Take a pressure cooker add 300 ml water then water boil add saro leaf,chenopodium and palak leaf add hing and salt.

Take a chilli chop and put in a pressure cooker cover with lid and cook for 1 hour in slow heat.

After cook add jaggery powder, clarified butter and makki atta mix and whisk with whisker.

Take a wok add oil garlic saute add onion and ginger saute add tomato puree then oil released add saag mix.

Take a mixing bowl add atta, salt, ajwain mix add lukewarm water mix and make a dough.

Take a nonstick tawa hot add some oil make a makki roti apply oil fry with both sides.

Then enjoy sarso saag and makki roti garnish clarified butter.
