Ingredients

30 minutes
8 servings
  • 2 cupsWhole urad dal
  • 1Onion Chopped
  • 2Tomatoes Chopped
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/3 tspRed Chilli powder
  • 1 tspPure ghee
  • 1/2 tspChopped coriander leaves

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash & boil the dal in a cooker for 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Heat pure ghee in a pan & put chopped onions. when they become red, add all the ingredients, now add chopped tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Cook till they become mashy. Open the cooker & put the tadka in it. Mix it.

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
