First soak rice,chana dal and urad dal over night then make a paste of all in mixer jar.mix all three paste

Now add cummin seeds,turmeric powder,salt,ginger,green chilli paste, asafoetide and chopped coriander leaves mix all ingredients very well

Now heat up oil in pan and deep fry it until it's colour changes to golden.dhuska is ready to serve.
