Steps

Cut the saag in small size.Wash & put them in cooker.

Add 1 glass of water,salt,red chilli powder & cover it.After a whistle,slow the flame & cook for 30 minutes.

Switch off the flame.When it cool downs,grind the saag with hand grinder in the cooker.

Cook till all water dissolves. Heat desi ghee in a pan & add grated garlic. Put this tadka in the cooker.

Serve hot.
