  3. Handful chopped coriander leaves
  4. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1/4 tspred chilli
  6. 1/4 tspmustard seed
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1green chilli
  9. 2 tspcurd

    Gather all ingredients and mix well,add some water and make batter keep aside for 20 min,

    Now heat a non stick pan, spread one ladder batter on it. roast both side and serve with any chutney.
