  2. 1 cupMasoor dal/Red Lentils
  3. 1 cupGreen Gram/hara chana
  4. 1 tspRed Chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. as requiredWater
  8. as requiredOil for fry

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak rice and red lentils(masoor dal) for 2 hours.

    Drain it and grind in grinder to make a coarse paste.

    Make a semi thick batter with help of water.

    Wash Green chana.

    Add red chilli powder, salt and garam masala according to taste.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Put 1 ladleful batter in pan.

    Fry it from both side till it turn golden and crispy.
