Take 1 cup Whole green moong & add water.

Soak overnight.

After soaking

Heat a cooker & add soaked moong, 2 cups water, ½ tsp salt & Haldi powder.

Pressure cook, give 6 whistles on high flame.

After 6 whistles switch off the flame and let it cool completely.

Mix well.

Heat a pan with oil. Add jeera, rai & Hing.

Add garlic & ginger fry 2 to 3 min for medium flame

Add onion & green chilli fry 3 mins.

Add tomato puree.

Add dhaniya,chilli & fry for 2 mins.

Add boiled moong & 1 cup water & mix well

After boiled add garam masala, ½ salt & kasuri methi & mix well

Add fresh malai & mix well.

Add fresh coriander leaves.
