Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsoaked moong dal
  2. 2-3Green chillies
  3. 1onion
  4. Handfulcurry leaves
  5. Handfulcoriander leaves
  6. 1/2 spoonginger garlic paste
  7. Pinchcooking soda
  8. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak moong dal for 2 hours.

    Grind moong dal.

    Slice onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli.

    Add the above ingredients into the grinded moongdal along with ginger, garlic paste and cooking soda

    Deep fry in oil

    Take it into a plate and serve hot.
