Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. Halfkg beef mince (qeema)
  2. 2onions
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1ts garlic and ginger paste
  5. 4ts oil
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 3medium size potatoes
  8. 1ts red chilli
  9. 1ts chicken powder
  10. Halfts Haldi powder
  11. 1ts dania powder
  12. Water as required

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan, heat oil and add qeema in it, cook it on medium flame until water dries completely and colour changes

  2. 2

    Now add chopped onions in it and cook it for 5 minutes, then add garlic ginger paste and tomatoes and mix it and cook it for 10 minutes until qeema and tomatoes cooked properly, now add all spices and fry it frequently..

  3. 3

    Now add potatoes, fry it for 3 minutes add water and leave it for 10 minutes to cook properly. When done, serve with green chilli and coriander...
