Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 cuproasted moong daal
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1 cupsugar syrup
  • 1 tspCardamom powder
  • 1 tbspchopped dryfruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add moong daal. Moong daal 10 min roast in pan.

  2. 2

    It's looks Brown close the gas.

  3. 3

    Moong daal transfer in mixture jar. And crushed them.

  4. 4

    Not make proper powder.like make suji flour.

  5. 5

    Then remove in to jar.

  6. 6

    And take pan add some ghee.

  7. 7

    Add moong daal and saute. It till become moong daal is soft.

  8. 8

    Then add 1 stir sugar syrup and mix it well.

  9. 9

    Then add Cardamom powder.

  10. 10

    And add ghee.

  11. 11

    Halwa consistency is ready close the gas. Serve hot.

  12. 12

    Garnish with chopped dryfruits,silver varakh and rose petals.
