Steps

Add maida in a bowl add salt,rice flour,oil mix and make dough cover it and keep aside.

Corsely grind corn, green chilly, corriander leaves,garlic pods.

Heat oil in a pan add onions,carrots and corns, give a mix add corn mixture and cook for sometime add salt,garam masala, chilly powder, jeera powder, cook for 7,8 min.and cool it now add chat masala,pudina leaves, cheese and mix it.

Now take ball of dough roll it cut squares fill the stuffing in the middle and cover it and seal edges.u can give press with fork on the edges. Now deep fry these squares and serve with sauce.
