First Take sprouts in a pressure cooker, add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 4 glasses water and Cook on medium heat until 1 whistle. Do not overcook the mataki.

Take a pan and heat up on medium heat, add coconut and roast until it gets reddish colour. When done, take it out into a blender pot.

In the same pan add 1 tsp oil. Add sliced onion, garlic and ginger. Fry on medium heat until onion gets golden brown colour for about 6-7 minutes.

Add tomato and fry for another 5-6 minutes until tomato becomes soft. Turn off the gas and when the mixture cools down, transfer it into blender pot which contains roasted coconut.

Grind the mixture really good.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add blended masala and fry on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes. Add 1 tbsp coriander powder, and red chilli powder. Mix well and fry until masala release oil. - 6
Add cooked sprouts along with water into masala. Mix it very well. Add some water as per you choice. Add salt to taste.

Cook misal on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Turn off the gas our misal is ready.
