Ek pan me oil,onion,gosht,salt,red chilli powder,haldi powder, coriander powder,garam masàla powder, ginger garlic paste dal kar bhoona 10 minutes.

Jab gosht gal Jay to bhoona Lein phir is me gravy ke ley 1 glass pani dal kar pakein aur coriander leave dal kar flame off kar dun.
